Shipping policy

Digital delivery only

Gingerkite's ready-made digital products are delivered online after payment is confirmed. No physical parcel is shipped and no shipping fee applies to these downloads.

How to get your files

Download access is provided through the order status page and the download email sent to the address entered at checkout. Keep your order number and save a copy of the downloaded files on your device.

The 200 Floral Embroidery Designs — Printable PDF offer includes the 443-page design PDF and the nine-page First Daisy companion PDF. Downloads may be packaged together in a ZIP file; extract it to open the PDFs. You will need a device that can open PDF files. Printing, embroidery materials and physical supplies are not included.

If access is missing

Check your order status page and your email, including spam or junk folders. If access is missing or a file will not open, use our Contact page and include your order number, purchase email address and a description of the issue. Do not pay again to resolve a missing download.

Replacement download help

We provide replacement download help for 30 calendar days after purchase when you supply your order reference. Save your files for continued personal use. We do not promise lifetime platform hosting or unlimited future access to a hosted download link.

The 30-day help period does not limit your rights for faulty, missing or misdescribed products. See our cancellation and refund policy.
