Buying from Gingerkite

These terms apply to ready-made digital downloads purchased through Gingerkite, operated by Nanda Electric co, a proprietorship in India. The legal seller and customer-support details are shown on our Contact page.

What you receive

Read the product page before ordering for the files, format and inclusions supplied with your purchase. A digital download does not include physical goods, printing, embroidery materials, video lessons or personalised instruction unless the product page expressly includes them.

The 200 Floral Embroidery Designs — Printable PDF offer includes the design PDF and First Daisy companion PDF. You will need a device that can open PDF files and, where applicable, extract a ZIP download.

Price and payment

The product price and final order total are shown before you pay. Each digital-download order is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Access is supplied after payment confirmation. Provide an accurate email address so you can receive your order and download messages.

Personal use and access

The downloaded PDFs are supplied for personal use. Save your own copy. Purchasing a download does not include a promise of lifetime platform hosting. Our digital delivery and access policy explains delivery and the 30-day replacement-download help period.

Cancellations, refunds and problems

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase, including for change of mind. See our cancellation and refund policy for the request process and refund timing. Contact us if an order or file is missing, faulty or not as described.

Privacy and support

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. For order assistance, use our Contact page. Never share a password, OTP or full card details.

Changes to these terms do not remove the commitments applicable to an order you already placed. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
